I really can't find anything wrong with this company. The mirror showed up the very next day after I placed my order, and it was packed nicely and looked gorgeous. My granddaughter was thrilled with it (and so was her mom). I wouldn't think twice about using this company again—what a fantastic service!

The base that holds the mirror is totally not what I expected from the Kendall mirrors shown online. What I got is just a single piece of thin mirrored glass, not the thicker shelf-style ones in the photos. I'm really let down.
